FIRST LEGO League Challenge Program in Jagodina
he NGO “Association of Young Innovators and Inventors of Montenegro” participated with three teams from Montenegro in the FIRST LEGO League Challenge program, held on February 12, 2023, in Jagodina.
The competition was organized by the organization “Prava Priča” from Serbia, in cooperation with the Slovenian institute “Super Glavce”.
FIRST LEGO League Challenge is a program designed for children aged 9 to 16, with the aim of inspiring young people to experiment and develop critical thinking, coding, and design skills through hands-on STEM learning and robotics, across four competition segments.
Three Montenegrin teams took part in this competition:
Team MonteBot, “Pavle Rovinski” Primary School from Podgorica
Team Phoenix, “Štampar Makarije” Primary School from Podgorica
Team North Wind, “Risto Ratković” Primary School from Bijelo Polje
The teams had the opportunity to meet other teams from Serbia, exchange ideas, experiences, and knowledge, as well as enjoy the organized program.
The best-ranked team from Montenegro was Team MonteBot, which earned the right to participate in the FIRST LEGO League Challenge Adria Final, held in Ljubljana on March 18, 2023.
We would like to thank the sponsor of this project, Five Group.
